Transparency Tool
The Transparency Tool allows you to apply and edit transparency gradients to vectors and objects. The tool is located on the Gradient tool flyout.

Gradient transparencies are represented by a path connecting a number of stops.
The gradient's opacity at a selected stop's position on the path is controlled using the Opacity slider on the Color panel.
The following settings can be adjusted from the context toolbar:
Rotate gradient—rotates the applied gradient or bitmap anti-clockwise by 90°.
Reverse gradient—the applied gradient's end stops swap places. (All intermediate stops are also repositioned accordingly.)
Aspect—(Elliptical and Bitmap fill types only.) When enabled, the end stops are locked to maintain the aspect ratio, i.e. changing one will automatically update the other. When unselected, the end stops can be positioned independently, which changes the fill's aspect ratio.
