Black & White adjustment

Settings

Apply this adjustment via the Adjustments panel using the following settings:

• The options control the lightness value of the named colour areas of the image. Drag to the left to darken areas of the named colour, drag to the right to lighten them.
• You can also drag on the canvas to target and modify a colour tone. The initial pressure on the canvas will identify the predominant colour; dragging left will darken areas of the identified colour while dragging right will lighten them. The corresponding option will be updated.
• Opacity—sets the level of visibility of the adjustment.
• Merge—merges the current adjustment layer with the layer immediately below it in the layer order.
• Reset—reverts all adjustment settings to default.
• Delete—closes the settings and deletes the adjustment layer, removing the adjustment.
• Add Preset—adds the current adjustment settings as a preset for use with later images and projects.
