About printing

The print feature lets you print out your document using different layouts.

Single: your page are printed per sheet.
Tiled: your page can be printed to a large format (e.g., posters, banners, etc.).
N-Up: 'gang' prints your page so multiple copies can be printed per sheet.

The final print of the page will include all currently visible objects. Layer visibility and exportability is controlled by the Layers panel.

Settings

Affinity Photo supports all the standard printing options available for the OS along with the following settings (available via the Show Details of the dialog):

Actual Size—the project's current image and canvas size is honored.
Scale to Fit—the image is temporarily scaled to fill the selected page size with no cropping taking place.
Scale—the image is printed at the temporary scale set in the adjacent input box.

To print project pages:

From the File menu, select Print.
In the dialog, adjust settings as appropriate.
Click Print.

To print tiled or N-Up (ganged) output:

From the File menu, select Print.
In the Print Options pop-up menu, select Document Layout.
From the dialog, select Layout from the lower-left Categories list.
From the Model pop-up menu, select 'Tiled' or 'N-Up'.
In the dialog, adjust settings as appropriate.
Click Print.
