Apple Photos library access

Images from your Apple Photos library can be used as the basis of a new Affinity document or placed as a new layer within an existing Affinity document.

In iPadOS 14.0 or later, you can grant Affinity Publisher full and ongoing access to the library, limited access to manually selected photos, or disallow library access altogether.

Your choice can be revised at any time in iPadOS's Settings app.

To change Affinity Publisher's level of access to your Photos Library:
  1. Open your iPad's Settings app.
  2. Select Privacy & Security (iPadOS 16) or Privacy (iPadOS 14 or 15), then Photos>Publisher.
