Settings

With a row, column, or cell selected, the following settings can be adjusted from the context toolbar:

• Font—sets the font of the text. Select from the pop-up menu.
• Traits—certain fonts come with a selection of traits you can choose from. Select from the pop-up menu.
• Font size—type directly in the text box or use the +/- buttons to set a value in 1 pt increments.
• Font format—toggle Bold, Italic, and/or Underline.
• Font Colour—tap to choose the font colour.
• Character Style—applies a character style to the selected text. Select from the pop-up menu. From this option, you can also create a new character style or edit the currently selected one.
• Paragraph Style—applies a paragraph style to the selected text or to the paragraph in which the caret currently resides. Select from the pop-up menu. From this option, you can also create a new character style or edit the currently selected one.
• Horizontal text alignment—select from:
  • Left Align
  • Centre Align
  • Right Align
  • Justified Left
  • Justified Centre
  • Justified Right
  • Justified All
  • Align Towards Spine
  • Align Away From Spine
• Vertical text alignment—select from:
  • Top Align—sets the text alignment to adhere to the top margin.
  • Centre Align—sets the text alignment to be equidistant from the top and bottom margins.
  • Bottom Align—sets the text alignment to adhere to the bottom margin.
  • Justify Vertically—sets the text alignment to both the top and bottom margins.
• Bullet List—inserts a bulleted list.
• Decimal List—inserts a numbered list based on decimals.
• Decrease Indent—decreases the amount of indent at the start of text.
• Increase Indent—increases the amount of indent at the start of text.
• Case options—transforms the capitalisation of the text to lower, upper, title or sentence case, or toggles the capitalisation of each character.

The following settings can be adjusted from the on-screen keyboard's Shortcuts bar:

• Text Insert—displays an on-screen keyboard layout from which you can insert various special characters (breaks, dashes, spaces, tabs, quotation marks, regular and mathematical symbols) and fields

• Copy
• Paste
