Customising the Toolbar

The Toolbar organises some of the most commonly used commands and functions in each Persona to keep them at your fingertips. The Toolbar can be customised to fit your individual way of working.

To show/hide tool group labels on the Toolbar:
  1. Choose View>Customise Toolbar.
  2. From the dialog's Show pop-up menu, select Icon Only or Icon and Text.

  1. Choose View>Customise Toolbar.
  2. Drag the items from the dialog to the Toolbar.
  3. Remove items by dragging them off the Toolbar and onto your document view.
To save your Toolbar arrangement as a preset:

For future selection, the named preset you save will be shown in the same submenu as the above command.

To load a Studio preset:
  1. From the Window menu, select Studio>Manage Studio Presets.
  2. Select a preset from the list, then choose Load.
To manage Studio presets:
  1. From the Window menu, select Studio>Manage Studio Presets.
  2. Select a preset from the list, then choose Rename or Delete.
To reset the Toolbar:
  1. Choose View>Customise Toolbar.
  2. Drag the default set strip of tools at the bottom of the dialog to the Toolbar. This will revert the Toolbar back to its original settings (removing any custom buttons).
