The Gradient Map adjustment maps the equivalent grayscale range of a project to a specified color gradient. This provides an effective (and creative) way of recoloring.

Settings
Apply this adjustment via the Adjustments panel using the following settings:
Gradient Map Range—allows you to specify points of color graduation to be applied onto your image.
Opacity—sets the level of visibility of the adjustment.
Merge—merges the current adjustment layer with the layer immediately below it in the layer order.
Reset—reverts all adjustment settings to default.
Delete—closes the settings and deletes the adjustment layer, removing the adjustment.
