Tagging layers

Layers can be tagged with a colour to help with organisation and navigation of your document. Each layer can be assigned a single colour.

Tagging provides a useful additional means of organising layer content beyond grouping layers, as it allows you to organise a set of layers without affecting the layer order. All layers that share the same tag colour can be selected at once from the Move Tool's context toolbar.

Layer Options To assign a tag colour to layers:
  1. On the Layers panel, select one or more layers.
  2. Tap Layer Options.
  3. In the Tag section, tap a colour swatch to assign its colour to the selected layers.
Layer Options To remove tag colours from layers:
  1. On the Layers panel, select one or more layers.
  2. Tap Layer Options.
  3. In the Tag section, tap the white colour swatch with the blue line through it to remove colour tags from the selected layers.
