Creating projects

The advantage of using projects is that you can organise documents into logical groupings. In doing so, your project documents can be stored under a single project thumbnail which keeps your start up screen less busy. The project thumbnail will display each document's thumbnail within it.

You could create a project for a specific client, an exhibition or other event.

To create a new project:

From the Home screen, tap New.
On the pop-up menu, select New Project.
Give the project a name, then tap OK.

The project appears as a blank project thumbnail on the Home screen.

To add a document to a project:

From the Home screen, drag and drop a document thumbnail over a project thumbnail previously created.

To access project documents:

Tap the project thumbnail to display its documents.

To move a document out of the project:

Left swipe the document's thumbnail and select Move Out of Project.
